Bihar Weather Report: The weather of Bihar has changed once again. Monsoon has now withdrawn from most areas and the rainy season has stopped. The south-west monsoon moved from east north through some areas of Bihar and back through Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh. On Tuesday, there was a possibility of light drizzle in some areas of Bihar, but since Wednesday the sky has become completely clear and there is no possibility of rain now. The Meteorological Department is still not making any full claims regarding the departure of monsoon. Claims of withdrawal of monsoon were made from some districts whereas departure of monsoon has still not been declared from some districts including Patna. According to the situation in the next 2 to seven days, the Meteorological Department can announce the departure of monsoon from Patna. However, it was told by the Meteorological Department that the monsoon has now completely weakened. Therefore there is no chance of rain now. At present, no accurate information can be given regarding how the weather of Bihar will be during Durga Puja and whether the rain will show its colors then. But there is a possibility of no monsoon rain. Even if it rains, it will be due to local system and its effect will not be visible for more than a day. At the same time, major information has been given by the Meteorological Department regarding humidity and heat.

The weather of Bhagalpur and surrounding districts remained dry on Tuesday also. The sky remained sunny throughout the day. Due to 95 percent humidity in the air, people felt humid. There was a partial increase in temperature. The maximum temperature of Bhagalpur was 33.5 and the minimum temperature was 24 degrees. The wind kept blowing slowly from the east direction. There was no rain anywhere in the district. According to the Rural Agricultural Meteorological Service of BAU Sabour, the sky may remain light cloudy between October 11 and 16. There is no possibility of rain during this period. The average speed of east wind can be two to six kilometers per hour. The temperature may remain normal. Westerly winds may blow by the end of the week. Farmers can irrigate crops as per requirement. The situation of the returning monsoon remained the same on Tuesday. Monsoon has gone from many districts of Western Bihar. It will take two more days for monsoon to return from Bhagalpur. Due to cessation of rain activities, the water level of most of the rivers including Ganga is now decreasing rapidly.

Rural Agricultural Meteorological Service Center of Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University, Pusa and India Meteorological Department have issued weather forecast for 11 to 15 October. The weather is likely to remain generally dry in the districts of North Bihar during this period. The maximum temperature can remain between 33 to 35 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature can remain around 25 to 27 degrees Celsius. Relative humidity is likely to be 75 to 85 percent in the morning and 45 to 55 percent in the afternoon. There is a possibility of westerly wind blowing at an average speed of five to 10 kilometers per hour. The maximum temperature in Samastipur on Tuesday was 34.0 degrees Celsius, which was 1.9 degrees Celsius above normal. The minimum temperature remained at 26.0 degrees Celsius, which was 2.0 degrees Celsius more than normal.
Weather will remain dry for next five days, temperature will increase
With the withdrawal of monsoon, the sweltering heat has started. Meanwhile, on Tuesday the Meteorological Department has released the forecast for the next five days. According to the forecast, the maximum temperature is expected to be 35 degrees till October 15. Here, as soon as the monsoon deadline ends, we are facing strong sunlight since morning.
