Western disturbance did not come

There were two western disturbances in November. This time not even one came. Therefore cold winds could not blow. Due to the formation of a low pressure center in the Bay of Bengal, the moist easterly wind remained effective. The easterly wind is hotter than the westerly wind. , Shailendra Kumar Patel, Senior Weather
