Bihar Weather: Disaster department alerted about hit wave

Bihar Weather: Patna. The Disaster Management Department has alerted all DMs and departments to prevent fire incidents during hit wave and summer. According to the department, the maximum and minimum temperatures have started increasing above normal in most parts of the state. In such a situation, the possibility of life being affected may increase. At the same time, issue emergency numbers in the districts to prevent fire. Fix the responsibility of the fire brigade vehicles and officers to reach the spot on time and complete the relief work.

All DMs should provide information regularly

To protect the common people from heat and heat wave, make people aware in the state about what to do and what not to do during heat wave. Also make public the names of nodal officers at the district and block level. The District Magistrate should also inform the regular people about heat wave.

Departments should take decisions at their own level in the interest of the general public.

The departments like Urban Development and Housing Department, Health Department, PHED, Education Department, Social Welfare Department, Animal and Fisheries Resources Department, Rural Development Department, Panchayati Raj Department, Labor Resources Department, Transport, Energy Department have worked in the interest of the general public at their level. Do this, so that there is no problem of medicines and water.

This instruction was given regarding the fire

  • Release the disaster department numbers 0612-2294204 and 2294205.
  • Special relief centers should be operated in the areas affected by the massive fire.

No relief for 48 hours

According to the Meteorological Department, a western disturbance will hit the Himalayan region on 5th April i.e. today. Its effect will be seen in many districts of North-West and South-West Bihar. Due to its effect, there will be light drizzle in many districts of the state on April 7 and April 8 and the weather will remain dry due to cloudy sky. At present, the maximum temperature in the state remains two to three degrees Celsius higher than normal.
