At present the westerly wind is moving at a speed of eight to ten kilometers per hour, whereas on Tuesday the speed of the westerly wind will reach 12-14 kilometers per hour. In this scenario, the day will be as cold as the night.

According to the official forecast of IMD, the maximum temperature in the entire state except Patna remained below normal on Monday. Especially in East Bihar, the highest temperature was five degrees below normal and in South Bihar, the highest temperature was two degrees below normal.
