Although the cold will not end, the coldness in the air will be felt from February 6 onwards. There are chances of cold day conditions in some areas of North Bihar on January 29.

Minimum temperature less than 10 degrees Celsius in the entire state

Here on Sunday, the minimum temperature in the entire state remained two to seven degrees below normal. There was so much coolness in the air on Sunday that one felt shivering in the sun. The minimum temperature was recorded at 3.8 degrees Celsius in Bhagalpur, 4.6 in Banka, five in Motihari, five in Kishanganj and 5.2 degrees Celsius in Sheikhpura. According to IMD, the highest maximum temperature in the state was recorded at 24.5 degrees Celsius in Aurangabad, while the lowest maximum temperature was recorded at 12.2 degrees Celsius in Gopalganj. It was a severe cold day there.

Patna weather

In the capital Patna, where people took relief from sunshine on Saturday, the minimum temperature dropped by more than one degree Celsius due to cloud cover after sunshine on Sunday. On Sunday, the minimum temperature of the city was seven and the maximum temperature was 21.5 degrees Celsius.

Bhagalpur weather

There is a possibility of cold in Bhagalpur between 29 January and 2 February. Although there will be sunshine during the day. The maximum temperature is likely to increase further from January 30. There will be fog in the morning. There is a possibility of western wind blowing during this period. On Sunday, the maximum temperature was 21.5 and the minimum temperature was 3.8 degrees Celsius. Dr. Sunil Kumar, nodal officer of Bihar Agricultural University, Sabour Rural Agricultural Meteorological Service, said that the average wind speed can be two to four kilometers per hour.

Pollution hits Bihar, Bhagalpur is the most polluted

Bihar AQI Report: After about 20 days, the air quality of the capital Patna was again recorded in the very poor category. In this, the air quality of Gandhi Maidan was recorded at 414, i.e. in serious condition. Whereas, the air quality of Danapur was recorded at 368. AQI of Patna City was recorded at 301. The AQI of the planetarium was recorded at 200. Whereas, the air quality of Rajbanshi Nagar was recorded at 342. Apart from the capital, the air of six cities of the state was also recorded in the red zone. In this, Bhagalpur was the most polluted.
