This warning has been issued by the Education Department. In Bihar, teachers have been reinstated by BPSC. At the same time, teachers are going to be reinstated for the second phase also. The government has issued a warning for newly appointed teachers. These teachers have been warned that if they form or become part of any ‘union’, action will be taken against them. If they participate in any demonstration against the policies of the Education Department, disciplinary action will be taken against them. The state education department has issued a notice regarding this. Also, strict orders have been given to the new teachers.

Action will be taken against teachers who form union

In a statement issued by the department, it has been said that about one lakh twenty thousand teachers who were successful in the recruitment examination of Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC)-2023 have been given ‘provisional appointment letters’ on November 2. They have been asked not to participate in the formation and demonstration of the new union. Action will be taken under Bihar Government Servants Code of Conduct 1976. It has also been informed that some teachers have already become part of some union and are criticizing the policies of the department. Now action will be taken against them. Instructions have been given to avoid getting involved in such activities. Also, now the department is going to initiate strict disciplinary action against such teachers. If newly appointed teachers are found guilty, their appointments will be cancelled.

Appointment of teachers will be canceled

According to the information given by the department, the union formed by the new teachers is illegal. The appointment of such teachers will be cancelled. Here, the process of allotting schools to the newly appointed 4800 teachers in Patna district has been started. District Education Officer Amit Kumar has given information in this regard. He has told that schools are being allotted to new teachers. The headmasters of all the schools in the district have been directed to open schools every day till November 21. During this period, whatever newly appointed teachers will be posted in the school, the headmaster will make them contribute. The headmaster will submit its daily report to the department. If the headmaster is not present in the school, he can authorize any other teacher or personnel to be present in the school.

Newly appointed teachers will participate in the orientation program.

Newly appointed school teachers in the capital Patna will participate in the orientation program conducted at BRC till 18th November. The orientation program has been started from 13th November. District Magistrate Chandreshkhar Singh has written a letter to all the Block Development Officers, Circle Officers, Block Welfare Officers and Revenue Officers and ordered them to ensure this program. District Education Officer Amit Kumar has given information in the light of the order given by the District Officer. He said that newly appointed teachers will compulsorily attend the orientation program. A letter has been written to the Block Education Officer in this regard. In the orientation program, newly appointed school teachers will be given information about the activities happening in the school. In this, information will be given about conducting classes in a planned manner, cleanliness in the school, educational activities, parent-teacher seminar held every Saturday, scholarship scheme, rules of mid-day meal, how to take care of children’s health, etc.
