When the owner of the vehicle contacted the Malkhana in-charge for the release of the vehicle after depositing the amount of penalty imposed under the vehicle release process and as per the provisions, then according to the documents, the seized Pulsar bike was kept in the prohibition police station premises and the seized vehicle depot located in Mohania. A lot of search was done, but the vehicle concerned was not found anywhere.
Appealed to the court for action
The Malkhana in-charge had given information about the theft of the said bike to the Sadar police station on August 23, 2023 and appealed for action. In this case, when the police was not successful in finding the bike, the victim requested the court to take action. After this, the court took cognizance of the matter and ordered to take action by registering a case in the Sadar police station against the employee and researcher ASI Neelu Kumari, posted at the prohibition police station Bhabhua, and others.

The retired Home Guard jawan has been in jail twice before for bringing liquor from UP.
