After the controversy, Hanuman Yadav was living with his family in a rented house near Madhuban Chowk for six years. Hanuman Yadav and mother-in-law Sunita Dene had filed a case in the city police station regarding a mutual dispute, accusing each other. There was tension between the two due to the dispute. Around 3.30 pm, Hanuman Yadav was called out of his house in Madhuban by two persons riding on Bullet. On coming out, the miscreants fired two bullets at Hanuman. In this, a bullet hit Hanuman’s right chest.

After committing the incident, both the miscreants fled from there. With the help of local people, the family admitted Hanuman to a private clinic. He died there. As soon as the information about the death was received, the family members including his wife Sita Devi, sons Himanshu Kumar and Sudhanshu Kumar started crying. On receiving the information, the wife told the police of Punaura police station that due to a mutual dispute, the step mother along with her associates Anil Yadav, Rampravesh Rai, Guddu Kumar, Shambhu Kumar, resident Rai, Chandan Kumar, Raju Kumar and Raja Kumar murdered her husband. Have got it done. Hurt by the incident, Hanuman’s wife and two sons took the body of Hanuman to their home in Chakmahila, despite all efforts by the police, without getting the post-mortem done. On receiving the information, Sadar DSP Ram Krishna reached. The family members were adamant on the demand for the arrest of the accused.
