In the mock drill, after the terrorist attack and planting of bombs, an exercise was carried out for the safety and security of the devotees. This operation continued till late night. There was chaos around the temple
There was a commotion around the temple when the mock drill started. People heaved a sigh of relief when they came to know that this entire exercise was a part of a mock drill. Under the mock drill, a total of nine points were blocked at Verma Mod, Godam Road, the road leading to Taridih, the road leading to Mastipur, near China Temple, near Birla Dharamshala, Tibet Monastery and near Jagannath Temple. After this, the security personnel tested their strength by doing mock drill. During this period, civilians were protected in adverse circumstances and efforts were made to arrest the suspects. This mock drill was conducted under the leadership of City SP Himanshu and Bodhgaya SDPO Saurabh Jaiswal.
