Bihar: Police cracked batons on Bhim Army members in Gaya, know what is the whole matter…

A case of clash has come to light on Wednesday between the members of Bhim Army and the police, who were protesting for their demands in Gaya, Bihar. Police sources say that the people protesting with their demands reached the office of the Senior SP and started trying to enter inside by breaking the gate door. When the police stopped them from doing so, they became angry and attacked the police themselves. Angered by this, people attacked the police. Retaliating, the police resorted to lathi charge. There is no information about anyone being injured.

Bhim Army made this allegation on the police

The members of Bhim Army accused the police that when the victim goes to the police station, the senior police officers do not listen to them. Don’t even take FIR. We had gone to meet the SSP with this complaint. But, on the instructions of the SSP, the police lathi-charged us. In which many of my friends got seriously injured.

On the whole matter, Gaya SSP Ashish Bharti said that the members of Bhim Army had left Gandhi Maidan today with their protest without any prior notice. When Gaya police tried to stop them from doing so, they all started creating ruckus. In response to this, the police also had to take retaliatory action.
