Durga Puja 2023: Preparations for Durga Puja have intensified. The best pandals are being made in many areas of the state. In this sequence, a special pandal is being prepared in Gaya. For the first time, a pandal is being constructed in Bihar on the lines of Vaishno Devi. There is a lot of enthusiasm among people to see this. A special cave-like pandal is being prepared in the district. It is being told that this cave-like pandal is 15 feet above the ground and 1500 feet long. This cave-like pandal is being built in the Hatay godown located on Tekari Road in Gaya city. This is going to prove to be very special for the devotees also. People will be able to have darshan of Maa Durga here.
Devotees will be able to see different forms of Mother Goddess
Through the pandal being built on the lines of Vaishno Devi, devotees will be able to see different forms of Maa Durga. People say that the Gufanama pandal being built in the warehouse at Gaya is the most expensive pandal so far. This pandal is being prepared at a cost of lakhs. According to the information, artisans from West Bengal are constructing the pandal here. For the last one month, preparations are being made to transform this pandal into a cave. It is said that the cost of making the pandal here is around Rs 50 lakh. Devotees will be able to have darshan of Mata Vaishno Devi in this 1500 feet long air conditioned cave. As soon as the devotees enter this pandal, they will get the feeling of having darshan of the divine court of Mata.
The cave is being constructed in a curved manner.
The artisans who have arrived from West Bengal are preparing special pandals here with their artwork. This cave has been constructed in a circular manner from the ground here to the roof of the nearby houses. To enter the cave here, every person will have to cut a coupon of Rs 11 as a contribution amount. Only after this he will be able to enter this cave and have darshan of Mata’s Pindi. People are eagerly waiting to see this special pandal.
Construction of pandal on the lines of church in Patna
Let us tell you that Durga Puja is going to start from 15th October. Mahanavami is on 23rd October and Vijayadashami is on 24th October. Preparations for this in the state are now in their final stages. In such a situation, different types of pandals are being constructed in many areas. A pandal is being constructed in Gaya on the lines of Vaishno Devi. At the same time, a pandal is being built in Patna on the lines of St. Peter’s Basilica Church of Italy. The pandals of both the districts will be quite attractive to see. Statues of 14 gods and goddesses will be installed in this pandal of Patna. This foreign model pandal is being built in Rukanpura, Patna. The puja committee has claimed that the pandal will be so beautiful that people will not be able to leave without taking selfies.
Pandal construction work continues at intersections
Preparations for Durga Puja are being done in full swing. The work of making pandals and statues at the squares and intersections of different districts is also going on at a fast pace. It is being told that about 160 pandals will be decided in Patna. This time a puja pandal is being constructed in Rukanpura on the lines of St. Peter’s Basilica Church of Italy. The pandal is being constructed by artisans from Jharkhand. The height of the pandal here is going to be 80 feet and width is 60 feet. Idols of 14 gods and goddesses will be installed in this pandal. This idol will be worshiped in Bengali style. The statue is being constructed by a sculptor from Danapur. Dandiya will also be organized here. It is being told that good lighting arrangements will be made to make the pandal beautiful. Lights will be installed here.
