Bihar: Now Samrat Chaudhary will live in the bungalow given to Tejashwi, Tej Pratap and Speaker will also have to leave their residence.

Bihar Politics: There will be a change in the residence of ministers including Deputy Chief Minister and Assembly Speaker in future as soon as there is change of power in Bihar. The residences of old ministers will be allotted to new ministers. Besides, other MLA residences will be allotted to old ministers. Its process will start very soon. Since there will be two Deputy Chief Ministers in the new NDA government, one will be allotted a residence already marked for the Deputy Chief Minister and the other Deputy Chief Minister will be allotted a VVIP residence.

Deputy Chief Minister’s bungalow will again be snatched away from Tejashwi

Former Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav’s bungalow at 05 Deshratna Marg will be snatched away once again. According to official sources of the Building Construction Department, this bungalow allotted in the name of Deputy Chief Minister will be allotted to the new Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary. At the same time, the second Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha will be provided a new big bungalow-like residence. In case of change of Assembly Speaker in the new government, the existing Speaker’s residence will also have to be vacated. This fixed residence will be allotted to the new Assembly Speaker.

5, Deshratna Marg is built for the Deputy Chief Minister

After assuming the charge of Deputy Chief Minister, Tejashwi Yadav was allotted a residence at 5, Deshratna Marg. Before him, Tarkishore Prasad was living in this residence after becoming Deputy Chief Minister. Actually, the allocation of this 5, Deshratna Marg is in the name of the Deputy Chief Minister only. In such a situation, whoever becomes the Deputy Chief Minister will be given this residence to live. Before this, this residence was allotted to Sushil Kumar Modi and in 2015 to Tejashwi Yadav in the capacity of Deputy Chief Minister.

Former RJD quota ministers will have to vacate the bungalow

Tarkishore Prasad and Renu Devi were the Deputy Chief Ministers in the 2020 NDA government. Out of this, Renu Devi was allotted 3 Strand Road as better ministerial residence. All other ministers of the government are already allotted bungalow-like residences. There is little hope of change in their residence. After the expansion of the cabinet, former ministers from RJD quota will have to vacate the bungalows allotted for ministerial posts and they will be given new residences.
