Gopalganj/Kuchaykot. An Army soldier who was going to Madhubani with a liquor consignment from Delhi was caught by the Excise Department team at Balthari check post. The arrested liquor jawan is Keshav Kumar Chaudhary, 25 years old, son of Ram Chaudhary, resident of Bheja village of Madhubani district.
