He had a 10 year old son Ashish Kumar. On the other hand, Pappu Thakur, the father of the deceased, has accused Chanchal’s in-laws of killing her.

Mother-son were missing since March 24

Pappu Thakur has alleged that Chanchal’s husband had an illegal relationship with his sister-in-law. He was beaten up only after opposing it. Both mother and son were missing since March 24. On March 25, this complaint was made to the police of Mahua police station. Pappu Thakur alleges that if the police of Mahua police station had taken quick action, both their lives could have been saved. However, after getting the dead body in the case, the police swung into action. The police station chief told that the matter is being investigated. Action is being taken on the basis of the application. The dead body has been sent for postmortem.
