Bihar: More than a dozen policemen of Bhagalpur are in the grip of dengue, this area has been made a hotspot.

Bihar News: Dengue is now spreading rapidly in Bhagalpur. Nine dengue patients, including two women, were admitted to the dengue ward of Mayaganj Hospital on Tuesday. Of these, six are residents of the city and two of Sanhaula block. One patient is from Godda district. A dengue patient got discharged after recovering. With this, the total number of dengue patients admitted in the dengue ward increased to 28. Sunil Kumar Gupta, Hospital Manager, Mayaganj Hospital said that on Tuesday, a youth resident of the city’s Tilkamanjhi, Mayaganj, Mashakchak, Bhikhanpur, Khanjarpur and a woman living in the old nurse quarter located in the Mayaganj hospital premises, a woman resident of Laxmipur of Sanhaula block and Kamalpur of the same block The resident youth was admitted to Mayaganj Hospital after being a victim of dengue. Here, the number of dengue patients in Sadar Hospital also increased to more than 20. At the same time, more than a dozen policemen have been infected.
