Due to this, 14 year old student Mo Qurban, studying in the upgraded Plus Two School located at Ragho Majhauli in Bochahan, died. Congress leader demands legal action against KK Pathak

Bhagalpur resident District Congress Committee Secretary Sujit Kumar Jha has expressed grief over the death of two government school students in the state due to cold. ACS KK Pathak of the Education Department was held responsible for this. Sujit has demanded the state government to take legal action against ACS. Also, an investigation should be conducted by the Human Rights Commission.
