Bihar: Maniac Idu Mian kept piling dead bodies inside the house at night, when he ran away after cutting his wife and three daughters, the villagers said…

A maniac has committed a heart-wrenching incident in Banwariya village of Western Siswa Panchayat of Paharpur police station area under Motihari, Bihar. He killed his wife and three daughters by slitting their throats with a sharp weapon. The incident is said to have happened on Thursday night. The deceased include Afrina Khatoon (40), her daughter Abarun Nesha (14), Sabroon Nesha (12) and Shahzadi Khatoon (10).

Idu Mian ran away after collecting all four dead bodies at one place.

Accused Idu Mian gathered all four dead bodies at one place in the room and fled from the house in the dark of night. When the woman from the neighborhood went to Idu Mian’s house in the morning, she was stunned to see the view of the room. The blood soaked bodies of Afrina and her three daughters were lying there. She immediately came out of Idu’s house. Informed the villagers about the incident. The villagers informed the police. As soon as the information was received, Areraj DSP Ranjan Kumar, Paharpur police station incharge Ambesh Kumar arrived with a large number of police forces. After interrogating the people of the neighborhood, all four bodies were sent for post-mortem.

Blood stained cloth recovered, mourning spread in the village

Dog squad and FSL team also reached the incident site and investigated. Police have found blood stained clothes of accused Idu Mian. Areraj DSP Ranjan Kumar says that raids are being conducted at possible locations for the arrest of Idu Mian. Very soon he will be arrested. Why Idu committed such a heinous crime is not yet known. He told that the post-mortem of the body has been done and has been handed over to the relatives. Here, the murder of four members of a family has created a sensation in the area. There is mourning in Banwaria village. Police from nearby police stations are camping in Banwariya. The villagers are avoiding saying anything.

Idu’s second wife was Afrina, the second marriage took place after the death of his first wife.

Idu Mian, a resident of Banwariya village, had married twice. His first marriage was with Bachiya Devi, daughter of Mohammadin of Chadrahiya Khoripakadak ward number 7 of Harsiddhi. He has two sons, Raees Mian (24) and Rahim Mian (17), who work as laborers outside. The daughter died 20 years ago, after which he married Arfarina, daughter of Auldin Miyan, resident of Nautan Jhakhra, West Champaran. She gave birth to five girls. One daughter got married for love. Three daughters were thrown from a train, one of whom died. After Idu went to jail, Afrina lived in the village with her three daughters.

Had the nature of an executioner.

Villagers say that Idu’s nature was like that of an executioner. Whenever there was a fight with someone in the village, he used to say that you don’t know us. Will cut every bit. The women of the village told that Afrina used to manage the family expenses by taking loan from the NGO group in her name. The women were talking among themselves that Idu might have been rotting in jail. Had he not come out, Afrina and her three daughters would not have lost their lives. After being chased away from Sareya, he bought a piece of land in Banwariya and laid the foundation to build a house.
