Keeping in view the convenience of passengers, train no. 18623/ 18624 Islampur- Hatia- Islampur Express has been given experimental stoppage at Tatisilve and Namkom stations of Ranchi division. It is known that many decisions are taken by the Railways keeping in mind the convenience of the passengers. It has been decided to operate many stationary trains. Recently, in view of the rush of passengers on the Prakash Parv of Guru Gobind Singh, 40 trains were stopped at Patna Sahib station. At the same time, Amrit Bharat special train has been started for the passengers going to Ayodhya.

From date 15.01.2024, train no. 18624 Hatia-Islampur Express is stopping at Namkom at 19.46/ 19.48 hrs and Tatisilve station at 19.58/ 20.00 hrs. From 16.01.2024, train no. 18623 Islampur- Hatia Express is stopping at Tatisilve at 07.13/ 07.14 and Namkom station at 07.24/ 07.25. Here, some trains going to Bettiah, Motihari and Muzaffarpur have been cancelled. This decision has been taken due to non-interlocking work. It is said that work is being done on Muzaffarpur railway section under the doubling project. For this reason, the decision to cancel the trains has been taken. Brakes have been applied on the speed of train numbers 05257, 05259, 05258, 05260, 15216, 15215. These have been canceled till January 21. On the other hand, from January 17 to 17, train number 12557 and 12558 Saptkranti Superfast Express will run on the route of Muzaffarpur-Sitamarhi and Raxaul via Narkatiaganj.

Demand for stoppage of train in Mokama

At the same time, a demand has been made to stop the train at Mokama in the capital Patna. Local people have demanded stoppage of Patna-Dumka Express at Mokama. The operation of this train will start from January 24. This train will leave from Patna Junction in the morning. This train will return to Patna around 10 pm. According to the passengers traveling daily by train, their problems will be solved by stopping at Mokama. A written letter has been sent to the Union Railway Minister and the Railway Department in this matter. After this, it is also expected that this train will stop at Mokama station.
