Holidays of officers and employees of the department have also been canceled in all circumstances except special circumstances. It is said that on receiving information about fire, fire tenders will be dispatched immediately. The department has identified 44 places in the capital Patna including Patliputra Golambar, Boring Road intersection, Digha Haat, Ashok Rajpath, Dakbungla intersection. Four personnel along with one fire engine will be appointed at these places. At the same time, there is a need to take many precautions to avoid fire incidents during Diwali.
