In Buxar, a father had such a strong desire for his son that he resorted to cruelty. Under the influence of a Tantrik, he gang-raped his own two daughters. The girls’ mother and aunt were also involved in this conspiracy. In this case, the court has given harsh punishment to all the accused. Recently all the accused were declared guilty. The incident took place in Rajpur of the district. The victim girls had filed a complaint in this matter in the year 2022. At that time, when this matter came to the public, everyone was shocked.

While delivering the verdict in the case, the special POCSO court sentenced the Tantrik father accused of raping his own daughters to life imprisonment. The court sentenced the co-accused to seven years’ imprisonment. The special court has sentenced the mother and aunt to 20-20 years of imprisonment in this case. Along with this, the court has also imposed a fine of Rs 25,000 each on the father and the Tantrik, Rs 10,000 each on the mother and aunt and Rs 15,000 on Jaylal.
Since the age of eight-nine, his father was exploiting him in collaboration with a Tantrik.
In this incident that would shock even a hard-hearted person, the victims had told the police that when one sister was 6-7 years old and the other was 8-9 years old. From then onwards she started being raped. His father did not have any son. For this he called a Tantrik. Who told that he would get a son only after having physical relations with girls. Initially, when she was young, she was drugged and raped by her father and the Tantrik. This sequence of rape continued for years. When she opposed it. So he was beaten. And there were death threats. Due to fear of which they used to become silent.
Sentence given after hearing under speedy trial
After being victims of torture for a long time, when the girls grew up, they started understanding the meaning of these things. So both the girls somehow reached the district headquarters and met the police through a person. After this, the victim sisters had lodged an FIR in this matter on 28 May 2022 through Mahila Police Station Case Number 33/2022. This case was also registered as POCSO case number 50/2022. This incident not only brought shame to humanity but also exploited innocence for years. Regarding which a case was registered. After which the court heard the case under speedy trial and gave its verdict on Tuesday.
Mother started pleading in the court before hearing the verdict
The verdict of this soul-shattering incident was announced on Tuesday. There was an uproar in the court regarding this. Many people were seen waiting for the accused in the verandah of the court. But due to the sudden onset of torrential rains, the Hajat had to wait for a long time to bring the accused to the court. At around four o’clock all the accused reached the court under police protection. Before the verdict was pronounced. Standing in the court room, the mother of the accused started crying bitterly in front of the judge and started pleading for the upbringing of her young children.
Will have to spend additional four months in jail if fine is not paid
While giving the verdict, the judge sentenced the father and the Tantrik to imprisonment till the end of their lives. Along with this, mother and aunt were also sentenced to 20 years imprisonment. Besides, the decision of fine was also given. The accused involved in hatching the criminal conspiracy was sentenced to seven years’ imprisonment along with a fine of Rs 15,000.
