Prakash Parv 2024: Today is the Prakash Parv of Guru Gobind Singh. There are special arrangements for Prakash Parv in Patna Sahib located in Patna, the capital of Bihar. Devotees are reaching here. People have also arrived from abroad. Special arrangements have been made. 20 pairs of trains have been given stoppage at Patna Sahib station. This has been done keeping in mind the convenience of passengers coming from far away places. A large number of people will participate in the celebrations today. Langar will be arranged for the people coming here today. Besides, a help desk has also been set up by the tourism department. Here special care is being taken for the convenience of the people. People have arrived from outside the state. Devotees have reached here from Mumbai to Ludhiana.
Many dignitaries will attend the Prakash Parv
A medical team has also been deployed here for the convenience of the people. Strict security arrangements have been made by the district administration. Special care is being taken to ensure that people coming from outside do not face any problems. The administration is on alert regarding the crowd. There has also been a change in the traffic system. Entry of big vehicles has been banned. At the same time, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar can also reach here today and will participate in the 37th Prakash Parv of Guru Gobind Singh. Special arrangements for accommodation and food have been made for the people coming from far away places. This arrangement has been made by the management committee. Many dignitaries including the Chief Minister and Governor will participate in it.
Jayanti being celebrated with enthusiasm
At present, the birth anniversary of Guru Gobind Singh is being celebrated with great enthusiasm. A special Diwan has been established here. Kirtan has been organised. Talking about today’s program, Asha wall, special Diwan will be decorated in Amrit Vela, initiation of Amrit Chhak Sikh Panth in Amrit Banta, special Diwan in the evening too, main function of light festival at midnight, Akhand Paath continues in Bal Leela, Guruvani. Children of Kirtan competition will be rewarded, attraction of Nagar Kirtan, Panj Pyare in front of Guru Granth Sahib ride, more than a dozen bhajan kirtan troupes from Mumbai, Jharkhand and Patna, bands from outside, military bands, marshals from Punjab and the state. A program of art, Gatka and Giddha troupe, troupe giving the message of Guru Maharaj’s life philosophy, march past of school children and tune of Guruvani is scheduled.
Various arrangements were made for the devotees
Special preparations have been made for the ceremony. Devotees are also offering Arghya here. Along with Takht Sri Harmandir Sahib Gurudwara, the surrounding area has also been decorated with lights. People from parts of the country as well as abroad have come to this holy Gurudwara to pay homage to the founder of the Khalsa sect. This ceremony will also conclude on 17th January and with the end of Akhand Path, the main festival of Prakash Utsav will be celebrated. City tents have been set up for the devotees coming to Prakash Parv from the banks of Ganga to Kangan Ghat. Many types of arrangements have been made for the devotees by the state government itself.
