A dispute broke out between two brothers while building a house on Saturday near the gas warehouse located on Sub-Divisional Office Road of Kharagpur police station area of Munger district. The dispute escalated so much that the elder brother, with the intention of killing his younger brother, attacked his younger brother with a hatchet and he bled to death. After which the family admitted him to the Community Health Center Kharagpur for treatment. Where the doctor treated him and declared him out of danger. Whereas the next day, on Sunday morning, the body of the injured younger brother was found hanging from a tree. This incident has spread sensation in the area. The police team reached the spot and is busy investigating the case.
Elder brother was injured in a dispute on Saturday
Sachin Kumar was injured by his elder brother by hitting him with a sharp ax in a dispute over planting a pillar on the land. Sachin’s body was found hanging from a tree in a suspicious condition on Sunday morning. People nearby told that on Saturday, Sachin’s elder brother had a dispute over a land dispute. The elder brother had injured Sachin by attacking his throat with a sharp knife. People are suspecting that Sachin might have committed suicide after being hurt by this incident.
Murder or suicide? Police will solve the mystery..
However, till now the family members of the deceased are not able to give anything clear regarding this matter. Whether Sachin committed suicide or was murdered, the police will now solve the mystery of this death. On receiving information about the dead body of injured Sachin hanging from a noose, Kharagpur’s trainee DSP cum police station incharge Vikas Kumar Sadalbal reached the spot and started investigating the case.
The fight took place in a domestic dispute
Let us tell you that Sachin Kumar, who was injured in this incident of domestic violence, had told that since March 1, there is a dispute going on regarding the pillar being built to build a house. He had told that he had three brothers and he himself lived outside. But now when he started living here and started giving a peeler to build a house on his share of land, his elder brother Sajan Choudhary started abusing him under the influence of alcohol and protested against giving him the peeler. Sachin had alleged that the elder brother called me to his house for a compromise and while abusing me, he took out a sickle kept in the house and made a fatal attack on my throat. Due to which I bled. After this the family members informed the Kharagpur police station about the incident.
Police had arrested elder brother
Let us tell you that after this incident of assault, the police reached the spot and arrested drunk Sajan Chaudhary and sent him to the hospital for medical examination. On the application of injured Sachin Kumar, the police had registered an FIR against Sajan Chaudhary. It may be noted that before this the police had also intervened and pacified the matter.
