Bihar Crime News: In the case of the death of Lalita Kumari, an ANM (ANM) posted at Bagaha Urban PHC, the family members of the deceased have accused her of murdering her and throwing the body on the railway track. In this matter, ANM’s father has filed a written application in Patkhauli OP and lodged an FIR, pleading for justice.

It is noteworthy that late on Sunday night, the police of Railway RPF Bagaha and Patkhauli police station had recovered the body of ANM Lalita Kumari, resident of Lakhisarai, from the railway track near Kailash Nagar in the city. After the post-mortem, the body was handed over to the deceased’s father Krishnanandan Prasad, mother Manju Devi and maternal uncle Pankaj Kumar on Monday afternoon. In this case, the police were prima facie linking the incident to suicide. But ANM’s father Krishnanand Prasad has expressed suspicion of murder of his daughter and demanded investigation into the matter. The father of the deceased says that Lalita’s engagement took place on March 23 and she was going to get married on April 24. Which she was happy about. And she had come for duty two days before home when she got the information of his death. He expressed suspicion that someone had murdered his daughter and thrown her body on the track.

In this regard, Dr. Rajesh Singh Neeraj, Medical Officer in-charge of the urban PHC, said that ANM Lalita was working in the PHC since January 2021. She was on leave on Sunday. Information about his death was received in the night. Meanwhile, Patkhauli police station in-charge Anish Kumar says that the police is investigating the case on the basis of the application of the ANM’s family members.
