Bihar Crime News: The body of a mason laborer was found hanging from a tree with the help of a rope in Chhitauli of Goreyakothi police station area of Siwan. After the dead body was found, sensation spread in the entire area. The deceased has been identified as Shailesh Prasad, 45, son of Mukhtar Prasad, resident of Basanv Bin Toli of Basantpur police station area.
The deceased worked as a mason
The relatives of the deceased told that Shailesh used to work as a mason. Every day Sivan used to go from home to work and reach home every day by evening. In the same sequence, yesterday on Sunday also he left home for work, but did not return home. The family became very worried when he did not reach home. A lot of searching was done throughout the night, but nothing could be found. The brother of the deceased told that he did not even keep a mobile phone. Therefore no direct contact was possible.
Villagers reported that the dead body was hanging from a tree.
On Monday, when villagers in Chhitauli village saw a dead body hanging with the help of a rope from a tree in the garden, they informed the police. Police reached the spot, took the body into their custody, conducted Panchnama and sent it to Siwan Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. Where post mortem of the dead body was done.
Family members allege, trying to call the murder a suicide
Here the family members have alleged that Shailesh was first murdered and later hanged from a tree with the help of a rope to make it look like suicide. However, in this regard, Goreyakothi Police Station President Suraj Prasad said that the post-mortem of the dead body is currently being conducted. Based on the statement of the victim’s family, the police is investigating the entire matter. Further action will be taken on the basis of application only.
