Bihar connected to interstate waterway, Kallu Ghat cargo terminal will become a medium of employment and economic prosperity.

Sonpur. The inland cargo terminal built at Parmanandpur Kallu Ghat was inaugurated on Thursday by Union Minister for Shipping and Waterways Sarvananda Sonewal by lighting the lamp. On this occasion, he said that Bihar is a state which is full of powers. History is witness. This state has shown the way to the whole world. People from Bihar are also in Assam. By keeping it there, the people of Bihar have decorated both Assam and their lives with honesty. In the coming days, Bihar will become the strongest state. He said that the country is continuously developing under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Now India has woken up. Different ministries of the Center are continuously doing development work with the cooperation of the government and people of different states. The country is moving forward due to right policy, right decision and right programme. Work is being done to make people self-reliant.

Terminal will become a medium of employment and prosperity

He said that this terminal will provide employment and prosperity to the local people. Farmers will also benefit from the opening of this terminal. There will be convenience in transporting goods from West Bengal to Nepal through waterways. There will be less pressure on rail and road routes. The rivers of Bihar will now become a source of easy transportation and trade. For this, the government has made complete preparations to develop waterways in the state. Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar Vijay Kumar Sinha said that the inauguration of the terminal will provide employment opportunities to the people here as the cost of transportation by water route is less. The talent of Bihar has created a stir in the country, but now work is being done in employment. A double engine government will increase the pace of development.

Currently work worth Rs 32000 crore is going on in Saran parliamentary constituency. Work is being done to connect Chhapra with the Ring Road. There is no electricity in our district. If there is a power cut, it is due to storm or rain or natural disaster. The work of reaching the gas pipeline in every village of Saran has started.

32 km dressing work will start in the river

MP Rudy said that the work of dressing 32 kilometers of the river is about to start. The river works to connect the culture. But now the work of connecting with trade will also be done through the river.
