Bihar Cabinet: Cement factory will be set up in Samastipur, medicine and treatment will be free in IGIMS

Patna. The important meeting of Bihar Cabinet, which was going on in the Chief Secretariat under the chairmanship of Nitish Kumar, has ended. A total of 9 agendas have been approved in the cabinet meeting. Nitish cabinet has given its approval on 9 proposals related to Revenue and Land Reforms, Industry Department, Parliamentary Affairs Department, Home Department, Urban Development and Housing Department and Health Department. Among the proposals which got the approval of the Cabinet today, important ones are the proposal to set up a cement factory in Samastipur and to provide free treatment and medicines to the common people at the Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences in Patna.

Minority Entrepreneur Scheme

Before the Lok Sabha elections, the government has taken a big decision to woo the minority community. CM Minority Entrepreneur Scheme has been started to provide employment to the youth of minority community. Under the scheme, a maximum loan of Rs 10 lakh will be provided to the youth towards the project cost. Loan of 50 percent of the total amount i.e. Rs 5 lakh will be provided. 50 percent i.e. the government will give a grant of Rs 5 lakh to the minorities under this scheme.

Establishment of traffic police station

The government has given green signal to the establishment of traffic police stations in 28 districts of Bihar. A total of 4 thousand 215 posts have been created for 28 traffic stations. The Cabinet has given its approval to the creation of the post. Let us tell you that there are already traffic police stations in 12 districts of the state. After this decision of the government, the traffic system is likely to improve in all the districts across the state.
