Married woman strangled to death in Patna and burnt dead body
Patna. A 20-year-old married woman was strangled to death by her in-laws on Tuesday night in Mayabigha village of Masaurhi police station. After this, after taking the dead body to the banks of Dardha river at some distance from the village itself, the dead body was cleaned in the night itself. Here, after the information given by Maujilal Prasad, a resident of Dihuri, located in Parasbigha police station of Jehanabad, the father of the deceased Nanhki alias Pushpa Devi, on Tuesday night, the draft police station reached Mayabigha with the force. Here Pushpa’s in-laws were absconding leaving the house. Later, while investigating, the police reached the spot where the dead body was burnt. The police did not find anything there but the ground where the body was burnt was hot. Because of this reason, the police were firmly convinced that the remains had disappeared by burning the dead body here.

Chief Minister Nitish Kumar met Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal at his residence on Wednesday.
