Bihar: A deal was made to murder Chhote Sarkar for Rs 12 lakh, a conspiracy was hatched in Muzaffarpur, many revelations were made during interrogation.

Notorious Abhishek alias Chhote Sarkar was shot dead in Danapur Court premises on Friday. The conspiracy of this murder was hatched in Muzaffarpur. The arrested Samarjeet and a minor have made many revelations before the police. According to the information received by the police from those people, six people were involved in carrying out the murder of Chhote Sarkar. Out of which two have been caught on the spot and three have been identified. While one has not been identified yet. Also, the names of Naubatpur’s notorious Manoj Singh and his son Manik Singh have emerged as conspirators. Manoj Singh and Manik Singh had given a betel nut worth Rs 12 lakh to a criminal from Muzaffarpur and had given an advance of Rs 2 lakh. Also promised to give ten lakh rupees after the work is done.

The accused had come to Patna from Muzaffarpur on the evening of 14th December.

According to the information given by the accused to the police, information about Chhote Sarkar’s appearance in the court on Friday was also given to both the shooters. After this, Samarjeet and another came to Patna from Muzaffarpur on the evening of 14th December to commit the murder and stayed in a hotel in Rajiv Nagar area. After this, both of them went to JP Ganga Path in the morning itself. Where two more criminals were already present along with the Scorpio. They made Samarjeet and the minor sit on the Scorpio and also handed over the weapons inside the car. After this, both of them were brought outside Danapur court and left.

Police will take Manik Singh on remand

Here, another criminal brought a bike inside the Danapur Court premises, so that after committing the incident, both of them could escape on the same bike. But both of them were caught. City SP West Rajesh Kumar is also investigating at his level. After the completion of the investigation, more new things may come to light. In this case, the police will take Manik Singh on remand and interrogate him.

Manoj Singh and Manik were suspected of murdering themselves

Amit Singh was murdered in Deoghar court. The names of Manoj Singh and Manik Singh had come up in this case. There was friendship between Amit Singh and Abhishek alias Chhote Sarkar. Due to which Manik Singh suspected that Abhishek alias Chhote Sarkar had taken contract to kill him too. Sources say that after the murder of Amit Singh, during the hearing of a case, there was a conversation between Abhishek alias Chhote Sarkar and both of them had threatened to see each other. The jail administration was also aware of the enmity between the two, hence they were kept in separate wards. Manik Singh was afraid that he might be murdered in the court premises. Meanwhile, Manik Singh’s friend and notorious Ujjwal was also arrested from his house in Janipur.

Conspiracy hatched in Muzaffarpur

Manik and Ujjwal have good contacts in Muzaffarpur. Ujjwal himself is in jail in the murder case of property dealer Ashutosh Shahi in Muzaffarpur and is related to Mantu Sharma. On the basis of his contacts, Manik prepared a criminal from Muzaffarpur and then Samarjeet and the minor got ready for the murder. After this, all arrangements were made for his coming to Patna and taking him to Danapur court. Apart from the conspirators Manoj Singh and Manik Singh, the four other criminals involved in this incident are all from Naubatpur and Bihta. Police is conducting raids to catch all of them.

What does SSP say?

SSP Rajeev Mishra told that Manoj Singh and Manik Singh suspected that they could be murdered and Abhishek had taken the contract. Only after this a murder conspiracy was hatched in Muzaffarpur. Apart from the two arrested, four more people were involved in carrying out this entire incident. Raids are being conducted to identify and arrest the three. One has not been identified yet. Here, regarding the question raised on the working style of the police personnel, the SSP said that the police personnel deployed for security showed great bravery and successfully caught both of them.
