In a letter sent by KK Pathak to the district officials in a special context, it has been told that the employed teachers are also going to become government employees soon. In such a situation, it is expected from them that they go beyond their physical and physical presence and register their real presence in the school. He has also written in the letter that the Education Department has high hopes from the newly appointed teachers from BPSC for better education in schools.

The most important rule among these is related to giving the status of government employees to employed teachers. Teachers employed under this rule can be given the status of special teachers. However, there is also a possibility of removing specific words from the name of this manual. According to sources, a cabinet note has been prepared to give the status of state employees to the employed teachers. After getting the approval from the cabinet, a notification in this regard will be issued by the department.
After which it will be implemented as soon as the gazette notification comes. It is expected that this entire process will be done soon. Apart from this, special teacher manual and head teacher amendment manual may also come in the cabinet from the education department. Both these rules can be brought as amendments to the original rules. Apart from this, a proposal to increase the dearness allowance of state employees can also be brought in the cabinet.
On Wednesday, about one lakh new teachers will start teaching in government schools from primary to higher secondary in the rural areas of the state. For the first time in the educational history of Bihar, so many teachers will come together to teach in about sixty thousand schools in rural areas. These are those teachers who are coming to teach after passing the Bihar Public Service Commission examination. The special thing will be that about forty thousand of these teachers have also taken residential training.

According to preliminary information received from the districts, about one lakh teachers have contributed. One lakh 20 thousand 336 teacher candidates were selected from Bihar Public Service Commission. Of these, only 1.10 lakh had received provisional appointment letters.
