Ankita Lokhande recalled that she was positive about Sushant Singh Rajput. She recalls that once Sushant had booked the entire Yash Raj Theater because he knew that I could not see him romancing anyone on the big screen. He said, both of us were watching Shuddh Desi Romance in the theater and it had scenes of Sushant with Parineeti Chopra and even Vaani Kapoor. Ankita was angry sitting on the seat and Sushant ran away. She remembers crying very badly after watching the film. She even revealed that she could not see Sushant romancing or kissing Anushka Sharma in PK. Abhishek asked Ankita if she did not stop him. She said that she cannot stop anyone’s career.
