Big relief to Tejashwi Yadav from Rouse Avenue Court, court allowed him to go abroad

Patna. Tejashwi Yadav has got a big relief from the court in the matter of taking land in exchange of job. Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court has given permission to Tejashwi Yadav to go on a foreign tour. Actually, Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav had sought permission from the court to go abroad for government work from October 24 to November 1. Tejashwi had applied in the court to release his passport. In the Land or Job case, Tejashwi Yadav’s passport is deposited in the court and the court has banned him from going abroad without permission.

Order given to release passport

Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court heard Tejashwi’s application on Monday. After the hearing, the court ordered the release of Tejashwi Yadav’s passport and allowed Tejashwi to go abroad on an official tour. Now Tejashwi Yadav will be able to go to Japan on a foreign trip from 24th October to 1st November.

Lalu, Rabri, Misa Bharti and Tejashwi Yadav are currently on bail.
