Clue found during withdrawal of money from ATM at Maunia Chowk
SP Swarna Prabhat told that the police had received a secret information that from the ATM of State Bank of India located in Maunia Chowk, self resident of Indrava of Thave police station area. Vinod Kumar, son of Rajendra Sah, is doing a transaction of three lakh rupees. After this the police team reached the spot and took Vinod Kumar into custody.
The matter of hawala came to the fore in police interrogation
After being taken into custody, Vinod Kumar was questioned about the validity of the amount withdrawn from the ATM and the center of origin, then it came to light that he habitually does illegal money transactions through hawala. This was confirmed on the basis of the facts obtained from the call and WhatsApp app chat/call during their mobile investigation.
Business revealed through mobile calls and chats
In this case, it was told that after telling the arrested accused Vinod, the police raided Siwan. Where four more businessmen involved in working with him were arrested. It became clear from the mobile calls, chats and WhatsApp chats seized from him that for years he used to do this business in Gopalganj, Siwan and UP. Their connections are being told from Dubai, Saudia, Gulf countries and many other countries as well. From where crores of rupees have been procured.
