Preparations have intensified for the UP Board examinations starting from 22nd February. Along with completing the necessary preparations for this, many important steps have been taken by the department to make the examination cheating-free. For the first time, there will be bar code and serial number on the ID cards of room inspectors. This time, the format of the I-card made for room inspectors will be issued by the UP Board Headquarters. The District School Inspector will issue the ID card of the room inspectors only on the issued format. About 2.75 lakh teachers from the state will be on duty for the board exams. According to the information released by the Board, for the first time, for the first time, a secure QR bar code and computerized identity card with serial number will be issued to about 2.75 lakh room inspectors who will be deployed to inspect the examination halls to ensure that the Board Exam-2024 to be conducted at the centers is free from cheating. Will be prepared. DIOS will download the proforma of teachers’ ID cards from the board’s portal. The details of allotted examination centers will be mentioned on the proforma and will be given to the concerned room invigilators a week before the examination. The teaching subject of the concerned room inspector will also be printed on the identity card, due to which in the examination of the concerned subjects, the work of room inspection will be done by teachers of other teaching subjects in their place. Only DIOS will assign the duty of teachers/principals and other personnel for room inspection and other various examination related works at the examination centres.
Board exam report will have to be given online
UP Board 10th and 12th examinations are proposed from 22nd February. This time the board has started a new system to make the examination free from cheating. Under this system, every moment report of the examinations going on at the centers will have to be given online. Now this will enable us to know how the examinations are going on at the centres. For this system, for the first time, separate email addresses have been created for the District Inspector of Schools (DIOS) and regional offices. According to the letter issued by Education Director Secondary Dr. Mahendra Dev on Friday, separate e-mail IDs have been prepared for all the districts and regional offices of the state. E-mail ID: boardexam2024.(district name)@gmail.com and boardexam2024 respectively. Inspection report related to inspection/supervision of examination centers will be given online at (regional office)@gmail.com. It has also been said that during the inspection of the centres, any suggestions or recommendations related to the irregularities found by the officials at the centers must be given to the council office’s e-mail ID upboardcentre2024@gmail.com. In the letter issued by the Director of Secondary Education, it has been asked to form at least six to eight mobile teams of Education Department officials to inspect the examination centers at the district level for cheating-free examination. Instructions have been given to form four-five mobile teams at the divisional level also.
Mobile parties will be formed by 15th February
Instructions have been given in the letter that mobile parties should be formed compulsorily by 15th February at the district and divisional level. The list of mobile parties formed at the district and divisional level along with the mobile numbers of the members of the mobile parties should be sent immediately confidentially to the Secretary, Secondary Education Council. District level mobile teams should include principals of government inter colleges that have not been made examination centres, co-district school inspectors and, as far as possible, serving teachers and officers affiliated with the education department. The District School Inspector himself can lead any mobile team.
