Uddhav Thackeray made serious allegations against the predecessor organization of BJP

Addressing the gathered Shiv Sena workers, Thackeray claimed that the Bharatiya Jana Sangh, the predecessor organization of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), had opposed Thakur’s decision to give 26 percent reservation to Other Backward Classes (OBCs) in government jobs. He said, but now BJP wants to get votes from Bihar during the Lok Sabha elections, hence it has announced to honor him with Bharat Ratna posthumously. I am happy that his (Thakur’s) work is being recognized after so many years.

People are seeing the hollowness of BJP: Thackeray

Uddhav Thackeray said that BJP has nominated the name of Dr MS Swaminathan for Bharat Ratna but has failed to implement the recommendations made by the commission constituted under his chairmanship to increase the income of farmers. He said that the public is seeing this hollowness.

Muslim community is coming with us: Thackeray

Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray said, the Muslim community is coming with us. I ask him, don’t you know that I am the party chief of Shiv Sena and the son of ‘Hindu Hriday Samrat’. I am one. I am a staunch Hindu myself, so why are you coming with me? It is said that we have come to know that there is a difference between your Hindutva and BJP’s Hindutva. Your Hindutva burns the hearth of our house and BJP’s Hindutva burns our house. Ram in our heart and work in our hands, this is our Hindutva, and we are patriotic Hindus.
