Bareilly. A minor girl from a village under Mirganj police station area of Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, has accused a 55-year-old man of the village of kidnapping and raping her. The victim has accused the accused as well as two other youths of rape in Noida and Kashipur in Uttarakhand. The police have started investigating the case by registering an FIR against the three accused on the complaint of the victim’s brother. In this case, the police arrested all the three accused from the same place and started investigation in the matter.
Minor girl made serious allegation
A minor girl from a village under Mirganj police station area of Bareilly rural area has alleged that a 55-year-old accused from the same village had abducted her. The accused belongs to another community. Along with this, the daughter-in-law of the accused has been described as the head of the village. On the complaint of the victim’s minor teenager’s brother, the police registered an FIR at the Mirganj police station. After this the girl was recovered from Kashipur. In this case, the girl had accused the three accused of raping the girl in Noida and Kashipur. Police recovered the girl from Kashipur railway station in Uttarakhand. After this statements were recorded in 161.
Police engaged in investigation of the case
The minor girl had told in the statement that a 55-year-old man from the village had abducted her from the shop. After this he was accused of rape. The girl has also accused two other youths of rape. In this case, the police had registered FIR after registering FIR. Was engaged in search of the accused. However, the police arrested all the three accused from the same place. After this action is being taken and sent to jail. Along with section 376 of rape, section 366 of the Pasco Act has also been extended against the accused. In this, the accused are also being told as minors.
