Bareilly : Dharmendra Kumar (24 years), resident of Mohammadpur village of Shergarh police station area of Bareilly Dehat, Uttar Pradesh, was shot dead. There was a commotion in the area. Family members said that the deceased had gone missing after having dinner at home on Wednesday night. Sister Hemwati said that the family members kept searching for her brother till late night, but nothing was found. On Thursday evening, they got information about a blood soaked body lying on the ground near the river. After this the family members reached the spot. He identified the body as that of Dharmendra. After this he informed the police. The police took the body in their custody and sent it for post-mortem. Along with this, they have started investigating the case. After the murder, a crowd of people of the village gathered. Various types of discussions are taking place in the village.
Accusation of murder in land dispute
Shergarh police station has taken the body of deceased Dharmendra in its custody and started investigating the case. The family members of the deceased have alleged murder over a land dispute. They say that there was a dispute going on with some people of the village regarding land for a long time. He believed that he had a rivalry over this matter, due to which Dharmendra was murdered. The police is investigating this matter very seriously. The Panchnama of the dead body has been filled and sent for post-mortem. After the post-mortem report of the deceased came, the murder was committed. The right thing will come out.
Family members expressed suspicion on three people
Dharmendra’s father Jhanjhan Lal, a resident of Mohammadpur village of Shergarh police station area, has expressed suspicion of murdering Dharmendra on three people of the same village. The deceased’s sister Hemwati told the police that the brother was murdered out of rivalry. After taking the statements of the family members, the police have started searching for the accused on the basis of suspicion.
