Bareilly : A truck hit a female health worker on Thursday in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. Due to this, the female health worker died on the spot. After the accident, the truck driver fled leaving the vehicle. Due to which there was a long jam of vehicles. Police opened the jam of vehicles by taking the dead body in their possession. After this the relatives were informed. He immediately reached the spot. But, seeing the dead body, there was uproar among the family members. The police has filled the panchnama of the dead body and sent it to the postmortem.
Accident happened while going on duty in the hospital
Actually, Meena (50 years), a resident of Ramiyapur village of Bhojipur police station area of Bareilly countryside, lives with her husband in a rented house in Harungala of Baradari police station area. Used to work in a private hospital near Haroongala. Her husband Harprasad drives an e-rickshaw. She was going on duty in a private hospital on Thursday as usual. Some distance before the hospital, the overload truck hit and crushed it at Bisalpur intersection. He died on the spot. After the accident, the driver fled from the spot leaving the truck.
Police sent the body for postmortem
Passengers informed the family members of the deceased about the incident. The police was informed on behalf of the family. After getting the information, the police reached the spot. There was a long jam of vehicles after the incident. The police opened the jam of vehicles. As soon as the information about the death of the woman was received, there was chaos in her family. The relatives identified the deceased. After this, the police filled the panchnama of the dead body and sent it to the postmortem. The police is looking for the accused truck driver. Along with this, preparations are on for action on behalf of the relatives of the deceased.
Overloaded trucks entering Bareilly city in no entry time
Trucks and heavy vehicles are entering the city indiscriminately during no entry but the administration is not paying attention. Despite having CCTV cameras installed in the Smart City, the police are not able to control them. Throwing dust in the eyes of the police administration, heavy vehicles entering the city are causing accidents every day.
