Due to this, the condition of both the patients in the ambulance became critical. He has been admitted to a private hospital for treatment. However, the ambulance driver is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol. Police have started investigating the accused driver.

The ambulance parked at Ramganga outpost of Subhash Nagar police station area of ​​the city was carrying two youths injured in the collision between a truck and a bike in the Ramganga outpost area, to the city’s Vinayak Hospital. The ambulance went out of control and overturned in the potholes on the road in front of Ramganga Hospital on Badaun Road. Police arrived immediately on receiving information about the ambulance overturning. People present at the spot said that the ambulance driver was under the influence of alcohol.

But even after this, the injured were being brought to a private hospital in the city. Meanwhile, the ambulance overturned in the potholes on the road. The relatives of the injured have complained about the ambulance driver driving the ambulance under the influence of alcohol. Along with this, the accused driver has accused of strangulating the neck of the injured. The police have been involved in the investigation of the case.

Dispute over taking him to private hospital

According to the information, private hospitals give huge commission to ambulance operators for bringing patients. Therefore, ambulance operators admit patients only in hospitals that pay commission. There have been arguments regarding this earlier also. Some people had also complained to the CM.

After this it stopped for a few days. But now the game of getting patients admitted to private hospitals has started again. The controversy is coming to light over the drunken ambulance driver leaving dozens of hospitals in Badaun Road, Ramganga and Lal Fatak area and getting the patient admitted to a private hospital 10 km away.

Racket of selling patients active in private hospitals

It is coming to light that ambulances that bring patients in many private hospitals of the city are getting commission of Rs 10 to 15 thousand. Here, patients are brought from the city as well as Shahjahanpur, Badaun and Pilibhit. It is also said that in exchange of sending these patients to the hospitals of Bareilly, some government and non-government doctors there also get commission.

The ambulance driver told that there are many private hospitals in the city. Where he leaves the patient. In return one gets commission. It is said that a patient injured in a road accident is taken directly to a private hospital, or is shifted from a government ambulance to a private ambulance on the way to a private hospital.

The private hospital operators, who have nexus with the government doctors of Pilibhit, Badaun and Shahjahanpur districts, send the injured patients who reach the government hospital to some private hospitals of the city, declaring them serious. This big racket of selling patients to hospitals by ambulance drivers has been active in the district for a long time.
