Barabanki: Mukhtar Ansari will now be tightened in the ambulance case, the petition will be rejected in the court, the charges will be decided on June 9

Barabanki: Mafia Mukhtar Ansari is getting one blow after another from the court in various cases. Mukhtar’s petition in the fake ambulance case has now been rejected after life imprisonment in the famous Awadhesh Rai murder case. The MP-MLA court has canceled the acquittal petition of Mukhtar Ansari, Suhaib Mujahid and Anand Yadav in the Gangster Act case in Barabanki.

Mukhtar Ansari had given an application for acquittal in the court regarding the Gangster Act. Special Sessions Judge Kamalkant Srivastava dismissed the petition during the hearing through video conferencing. The next hearing will be held on June 9 to frame charges against all the accused including Mukhtar Ansari in the case. In the fake ambulance case, a case has been registered against Mukhtar Ansari in Barabanki city Kotwali under other sections including the Gangster Act.

The private ambulance (UP 41-AT-7171) used by Mukhtar Ansari while lodged in Ropar Jail in Punjab was registered in the ARTO office of Barabanki on 21 March 2013. When Mukhtar Ansari was produced in the Mohali court of Punjab, he reached Mohali court in an ambulance bearing the number plate of Barabanki district. After this this matter came in the limelight.

During the investigation, it was revealed that the ambulance was registered at the address of house number 56 of Rafinagar locality of Barabanki Kotwali Nagar, which was registered on the basis of a fake voter ID card made at the address of Rafinagar locality of Dr. Alka Rai Barabanki.

After this, on April 2, 2021, an FIR was registered against Mukhtar Ansari, Dr. Alka Rai and others in Kotwali of Barabanki on the Tahrir of the then ARTO Pankaj Kumar Singh for cheating, forgery. A charge sheet was filed in the court against all the accused.

In this case, on the report of the police, the DM approved the gang chart on 24 March 2022 and on 25 March 2022, the police registered an FIR against Mukhtar Ansari and others as gangsters. After completion of its investigation, the charge sheet has been filed in the MP MLA court in January. In this charge sheet, the police accused Mukhtar Ansari of carrying out criminal activities even while in jail.

Mukhtar Ansari’s lawyer Randhir Singh Suman told that the MP-MLA court Kamalkant Srivastava has rejected the blame free applications of Mukhtar Ansari, Anand Yadav and Suhaib Mujahid. Now a revision will be filed against it in the High Court.
