Banaras-Patna Jan Shatabdi and Islampur-New Delhi Magadh Express will now stop at these stations also, know details

Indian Rail Keeping in view the convenience of the passengers, it has been decided to stop Banaras-Patna Janshatabdi Express at Dumraon station and Islampur-New Delhi Magadh Express at Raghunathpur station on an experimental basis for 02 minutes. This change in the stoppage of trains will be implemented from January 21.

Timings of Banaras – Patna Janshatabdi Express

Please note that at Dumraon station Banaras – Patna Janshatabdi Express It will arrive at 9:06 am and open at 9:08 am. Whereas Patna-Banaras Janshatabdi Express will arrive at 6.29 pm and will leave at 6.31 pm.

Magadh Express timings

Similarly, train at Raghunathpur station Islampur – New Delhi Magadh Express It will arrive at 6:55 pm and open at 6:57 pm. Whereas New Delhi-Islampur Magadh Express will arrive at 11.02 am and will open at 11.04 am.

South Bihar Express will have a temporary stop at Chakarbhatha station.

In view of the Chalisa Mahotsav, Railways has decided to temporarily stop train number 13288 and 13287 Rajendra Nagar – Durg – Rajendra Nagar South Bihar Express originating from Rajendra Nagar Terminal at Chakarbhatha station of Raipur division on 21 and 22 January. Many trains delayed due to fog

Due to fog, many trains from Delhi were delayed on Friday also. Among these, the Delhi Superfast Express coming from New Delhi to Patliputra Junction was delayed the most by about 5 hours. Apart from this, Brahmaputra Mail, Magadh Express and Purva Express were delayed by four hours each, Sampoorna Kranti Express by three hours, Farakka Express by two hours and Tejas Rajdhani and Shramjeevi Express were delayed by one hour each.

Along with this, Vikramshila Express coming from Anand Vihar Terminal to Patna Junction was delayed by about one and a half hour, Humsafar Express by four hours and Seemanchal Express coming to Patliputra Junction was delayed by two hours. At the same time, Mahananda Express coming from Old Delhi and Weekly Super Fast going from Patna to Ahmedabad remained cancelled.
