Bajaj Auto Sales Data: Total sales of Bajaj Auto Ltd fell two percent year-on-year to 2,91,567 units. In the same month last year, 2,97,188 vehicles of the company were sold. Bajaj Auto said that its total domestic sales are expected to reach 1,86,522 units in March 2023, a growth of 47 per cent as compared to 1,26,752 units in March 2022. Exports declined by 38 percent to 1,05,045 units as against 1,70,436 units in the same period a year ago.
There has also been a decline in the overall sales of two wheelers. The company has sold 2,47,002 units in March 2023, which is four percent less than 2,56,324 units a year ago. However, the company’s commercial vehicle sales grew by 9 per cent year-on-year to 44,565 units last month. In March 2022 it was 40,864 units. Bajaj Auto said that its total sales in 2022-23 have declined by 9 percent to 39,27,857 units, in 2021-22 the figure was 43,08,433 units.
