Jharkhand State BJP President Babulal Marandi targeted the Soren family on Tuesday (January 23) in a press conference. He said that Shibu Soren, who is steeped in corruption, is in Hotwar jail instead of the family. Not only this, during the interrogation of Hemant Soren by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) at the Chief Minister’s residence, he also expressed displeasure over the action taken after the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel reached there. Babulal Marandi said that CRPF officers and soldiers were doing their duty. He said that some corrupt officials wanted to disturb the atmosphere. Said that in the case of Section 144, first of all a case should be registered against Chief Minister Hemant Soren.
Nishikant Dubey had complained to Lokpal in 2020

In the year 2020, MP Dr Nishikant Dubey had accused Shibu Soren of acquiring illegal movable and immovable property by misusing power and position. He had applied to Lokpal for investigation.

Will no case be filed against him? Will he not be investigated? He said that this matter belongs to Lokpal. There will be a CBI investigation. Be it the matter of making money through shell company or the business relations of Soren family with Amit Aggarwal, all the matters will be exposed. The BJP leader said that the Delhi High Court’s decision may have come a little late, but it is a good decision.

Case should be registered against Chief Minister Hemant Soren
During ED’s interrogation of Hemant Soren at the Chief Minister’s residence, he also raised questions on the case filed against a CRPF officer for violation of Section 144 within 500 meters of the CM residence.
