Azam Khan’s Jauhar University did not get relief from the Supreme Court in the land case, hearing will be held in the High Court.

Mohammad Ali Jauhar University News: Senior Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan has not received any relief from the Supreme Court in the Jauhar University case. Azam Khan had approached the Supreme Court against the UP government’s decision to cancel the land lease given to Jauhar University. He hoped that he would get relief from the Supreme Court. But, the Supreme Court has asked him to go to the High Court of Uttar Pradesh. Regarding the matter, the court said that first you go to the High Court where the Chief Justice will form a bench and hear your case. Thus, at present the case of Johar University will depend on the stand of Allahabad High Court. However, the case related to this matter is pending in Allahabad High Court. But, there is continuous delay in hearing the case there. For this reason, an application was filed in the Supreme Court on behalf of Mohammad Ali Jauhar Trust. But there was no relief. Now after the order of the Supreme Court, Allahabad High Court will immediately list and hear the petition of Mohammad Ali Jauhar University. On behalf of Mohammad Ali Jauhar University, a petition has been filed in the Allahabad High Court against the land related decision of the Uttar Pradesh government. The chairman of the trust that runs Mohammad Ali Jauhar University is senior Samajwadi Party leader and former minister Azam Khan.
