Ayodhya Ram Mandir: Travel by water metro in Saryu river, devotees will not face any shortage in water bathing.

Yogi government is going to give another gift to Ayodhya. Devotees and tourists coming to Ramnagari will now be able to enjoy swimming in Saryu river through water metro. To further enrich tourism in Ayodhya and to promote water tourism, water metro is to be operated from Sant Tulsidas Ghat of Ayodhya to Guptar Ghat. At both the points, the Inland Waterways Authority of India, Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways has established jetties on the banks of Saryu, where regular points have been made for charging the water metro and from here the passengers will board the water metro. Ashok Singh, associated with water metro operation, said that the water metro equipped with modern facilities will travel a distance of about 14 kilometers from Sant Tulsi Ghat on the banks of Saryu to Guptar Ghat. In which about 50 passengers will be able to enjoy water swimming simultaneously. This water metro will be operated keeping the environment in mind. The water metro run in Ayodhya has 50 seats, which has been installed on both the banks.

It is ready in Cochin Shipyard

These seats made of fiber have been fixed firmly, so that there is no possibility of any kind of accident. This water metro built in Cochin Shipyard will look like a cruise over the Saryu River. The metro will be completely air conditioned, due to which passengers will neither feel cold in winter nor will they have to sweat in summer. Officials said that at present this boat has been sent to Varanasi along with Ayodhya. It will be handed over to the state government by the Union Waterways Ministry in the next few days. After this the state government will get it operated.

  • The name of 50 seater MV (Motor Vehicle) boat i.e. Water Metro is Cata Meran Vessel Boat.

  • This water metro boat has been made completely air conditioned, in which a display has also been installed for the information of the passengers.

  • The boat pilot’s cabin has been made separate in front of the passengers’ cabin.

  • This water metro boat is capable of traveling for one hour on a single electric charge. During this time it will complete a journey of 14 kilometers from one station to another i.e. from Sant Tulsi Ghat in Ayodhya to Guptar Ghat.

  • Life-saving jackets and other equipment are also kept in this boat for any emergency.

You will not be allowed to enter Ram temple with these things

The meeting of the committee formed for better coordination between Ayodhya district administration and Shri Ram Janmabhoomi pilgrimage area was held on Saturday under the chairmanship of Commissioner Gaurav Dayal. This meeting took place in the LNT meeting hall located at Shri Ram Janmabhoomi complex. In the meeting, a unanimous decision was taken to ensure the security of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi complex and for the devotees to have easy darshan. Devotees will not enter the Janmabhoomi with any kind of electronic device, bag, mobile and Prasad. It was also decided that after darshan, Prasad will be distributed by the Trust on the way out to the coming devotees. The trust will also make arrangements for golf court (e-rickshaw) for disabled and elderly visitors coming for darshan. Instructions were given to further strengthen the arrangements for keeping shoes and slippers etc. for the devotees coming for darshan. So that the darshan takes minimum time. Divisional Commissioner Gaurav Dayal said that extensive security arrangements have been made. A large number of local police as well as personnel of forces like CRPF, PAC etc. are deployed. They have been given strict instructions to treat the visiting devotees as police friends and listen to whatever curiosity the devotees have with patience by the district administration officials and police personnel deployed there. CM Yogi is monitoring the facilities and activities

In order to provide easier transportation and darshan arrangements and better cleanliness system to the devotees coming to Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple, District Magistrate Nitish Kumar conducted on-site inspection of various routes including the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi complex. During this, the District Magistrate discussed with the officials of the Trust regarding providing the facility of darshan of Shri Ram Lala to the devotees in a more systematic manner in the minimum time. He gave necessary directions to the concerned officials. During this, the District Magistrate directed the concerned officers to ensure regular and better arrangement of cleanliness in the entire Ayodhya Dham including all the routes of darshan like Janmabhoomi Path, Ram Path, Dharma Path etc. The District Magistrate said that after the Pran Pratishtha program of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple, there has been a huge increase in the number of devotees in Ayodhya Dham. Darshan and other facilities should be provided easily to all these devotees, so that all the devotees coming to Ayodhya Dham leave with a pleasant experience. He further said that the arrangements made available to the devotees here will determine the image of Ayodhya. Therefore, the best facilities should be made easily available to everyone. On this occasion, the District Magistrate directed the concerned officers to regularly maintain the pots and flowerbeds in the temple premises. He said that all the facilities and activities are also being regularly monitored by the Chief Minister. Various officials of the Trust and L&T officials were also present on this occasion.
