Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath launched the Air India Express flight from Kolkata to Ayodhya through video conferencing from his official residence in Lucknow. On this occasion, he said that Ayodhya is going to be the most prominent city for tourist destination in the country and the world in the coming time. Ayodhya already has a very large number of local devotees, but considering the eagerness in the entire country, we have taken up the responsibility of making the movement of devotees easy. The work done by the Civil Aviation Ministry for this is commendable. CM Yogi said that he thanks Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya and General VK Singh who have provided all possible support to Uttar Pradesh by focusing special attention on its connectivity. Under the inspiration and leadership of PM Modi, Uttar Pradesh has given excellent results in this direction. Not only have new airports come up here within 9 and a half years but it has also become an important state in terms of air connectivity with 4 international airports. CM Yogi said that on December 30, PM Modi had completed the inauguration program of Maharishi Valmiki International Airport in Ayodhya. With the inauguration of the airport, after the air service with Delhi, Mumbai and Ahmedabad, now this air service of Air India Express is going to be started for Kolkata and Bangalore also.

What was imagined 6 years ago is a reality today – CM Yogi

CM Yogi said that in fact, Ayodhya is not only a symbol of India’s eternal faith, but Lord Shri Ram is also a symbol of our religion, wealth, work and the efforts related to salvation. CM Yogi said that Uttar Pradesh government has already provided 821 acres of land in Ayodhya to the Civil Aviation Ministry. Currently, 500 passengers can use this plane simultaneously. Also 8 planes can land there. Parking facilities have been made available to them. Keeping in mind the future possibilities, the plan made by the Civil Aviation Ministry, the state government will cooperate positively with this entire program. He expressed happiness that now with the connectivity of Bengaluru to Ayodhya, it will be easier to bring the message of Hanuman ji from Karnataka to Ayodhya. Let us tell you that in this program to connect Ayodhya Dham with air service from Kolkata and Bengaluru, Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia, Minister of State General Dr. VK Singh, Minister in-charge of Ayodhya Surya Pratap Shahi, Ayodhya MP Lallu Singh, Chief Commercial Officer of Air India. From the inauguration on 30th December to 17th January, we have connected Ayodhya to all four corners of the country in just 17 days. This is no less than a miracle. Every devotee of the country will be able to come to Ayodhya at a fast speed by Pushpak Viman to pay his respects. While congratulating Air India, Minister of State for Civil Aviation, General VK Singh said that they have further improved the connectivity of Ayodhya Dham. He said that this initiative should continue further so that the air service of Uttar Pradesh continues to grow further. More airlines want to join Ayodhya Dham.
