Ayodhya Ram Mandir: A grand festival of lights will be organized in UP on the day of consecration, Yogi government took this resolution

The consecration ceremony of Ram Lalla is proposed on 22 January in Ayodhya. This ceremony will become an example for the whole world. People across the country are preparing for this day in their own ways. In this sequence, Yogi Government has made preparations to make this program historic in the entire state. Various cultural programs are going to start in the entire state including Ayodhya from January 14, which includes the entire series of Ramkatha, Ramlila and classical music. Along with these programs, there is also a plan to celebrate Deepotsav across the country on January 22, in which people of the state should participate enthusiastically and efforts are being made to celebrate it like a festival. However, this event will be completely different from the festival of lights held on Diwali festival in Ayodhya. In this, lamps will not be lit on the banks of Saryu, but people will be encouraged to light lamps in every house along with all the mythological sites of the state. In this, everything like lamp and oil will belong to the people of the state which will demonstrate their immense faith in Lord Ram. PM Modi had named the flame of this festival of lights as ‘Ram Jyoti’ and now the Yogi government has resolved to light this Ram Jyoti in every house of the state.

Tourism department is appealing to the people of the state

At the Tourism Building on Saturday, Principal Secretary Mukesh Meshram told that Deepotsav will be celebrated across the country on January 22. People will also be inspired to celebrate Deepotsav in Uttar Pradesh. Our effort is to organize Deepotsav at all the mythological and historical places of the state. People will also be encouraged to light lamps at their homes. He told that this program will not be like the Deepotsav program held before Diwali, but will be even bigger. It will be celebrated like a festival in every house. The Department of Tourism and Culture is appealing to all the people of the state to light ‘Ram Jyoti’ through lamps in their homes. This is a historic occasion and we hope that more people will participate in it than we expected. Principal Secretary Mukesh Meshram further said that artists from all over the country have been invited to various cultural programs starting from January 14 in Ayodhya. Artists associated with classical music, singing, playing and other genres will perform at various places in Ayodhya for 70 consecutive days.
