Ayodhya: Jatayu’s statue installed on Kuber Tila, Ramlala’s idol will be installed in the sanctum sanctorum on January 20.

Ayodhya Ram Temple: The work of international airport and railway station in Ramnagari Ayodhya is in the final stage. Soon various services will start here for tourists. The international airport has been built on the outline of the Ram temple being built in Ayodhya. Every corner here is dedicated to Ramlala. According to Ayodhya District Magistrate Nitish Kumar, the first phase of the airport is almost completed. The terminal building is also in the final stages of construction. The work of airstrip and night landing facility has been completed. Inauguration can happen any time now. It is being told that efforts are underway to start airlines’ flights with the license of the airport. IndGo has offered to start flights from Ayodhya to Delhi and Ayodhya to Ahmedabad in the first phase. There is every possibility of getting the DGCA license before Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s program. Similarly, according to AK Johri, project in-charge of RITES Company, which is engaged in beautifying the railway station, testing of all the equipment including lift has been completed. Civil construction has also been completed. Meanwhile, the statue of Jatayu has been installed in the Ram Janmabhoomi complex. This statue has been installed on the route to Kuber mound. Jatayu’s statue will be unveiled by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on January 22. This place is dedicated to the people associated with the Ayodhya movement. The statue has been given a particularly grand shape from bronze metal.

The trust is rapidly completing the preparations.

Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Trust is busy completing the preparations rapidly for the Pran Pratistha program of Ram Lalla in Ayodhya. The complete program regarding Pran Pratishtha has been released, which will start from January 17, 2024 and on January 20, the idol of Ramlala will be installed in the sanctum sanctorum. Before this, Ram Lalla will go on a tour among the people of Ayodhya on 18th January. More than 121 Vedic Brahmins under the leadership of Laxmikant Dixit of Shriram Janmabhoomi Trust, Kashi, will complete the rituals till January 22. Before Pran Pratishtha, various rituals will be performed as per the religious scriptures for 60 hours.

Pran Pratishtha program will start from 17th January

Many pavilions and havan kunds are being prepared in the premises for the consecration ritual of the Ram temple in Ayodhya. As per the scheduled schedule, the rituals will begin on January 17. On this day, resolutions, Ganpati puja, Matrika puja and sacred recitation will be made for the Pran Pratistha programme. On this day mantras of all four Vedas will be recited. Different people have been arranged for this. In the Mandapam, scholars of Atharva Veda will sit on the north, Rig Veda on the east, Yajur Veda on the south and Sama Veda on the west. Different scholars of 18 Puranas will recite. Mantras from Upanishads will also be recited. The ritualistic Brahmins will perform the rituals. Among the rituals, there will be Kshetrapal worship of the temple, Vaastu worship, Navagraha worship, ten baths, havan etc. After this, on January 18, the idol of Lord Ramlala will be bathed with 121 urns of water from Saryu river. After this, Lord Ram will visit Ayodhya city and meet the people, a grand procession will be taken out and will visit monasteries and temples.

Ramlala will sleep at night on 20th January

According to people associated with the trust, a lot of work is done with stones, chisels and hammers while making the idol. Many defects arise due to this. There will be many types of habitations for its purification. On January 19, there will be Ghritadhivas, Madhvadhivas, Annadhivas and Pushpadhivas. During Ghritadhivas, a thread will be tied on the idol and kept in ghee for two minutes. Then during Madhvadhivas, the idol is kept in a vessel filled with honey. In Annadhivas, the idol will be covered with rice. Flowers will be spread all over the idol during Pushpadhivas. By putting medicine and Saryu water in the Kalash, the idol and the peak of the new temple will be bathed, because the deity resides in the peak. After this, the ritual of Shayadhivas will take place on 20th January i.e. Ramlala will sleep the whole night. Here, the rest of the rituals will continue throughout the day. After this the idol will be installed in the sanctum sanctorum.

21 January program

According to people associated with the trust, the trust puja will begin on the morning of January 21. Nyas mantras will be chanted for two hours to infuse life into the idol’s head, forehead, nails, nose, mouth, throat, eyes, hair, heart and feet. Different mantras are chanted for the idol from head to feet. This is called Nyas Vidya. During the Muhurta, gold shlaka and kusha are kept below the idol.

The funeral will be held on 22nd January with the pulling of the flag.

After this, on January 22, in Abhijit Muhurta, the gold bar and Kusha will be pulled between 11:30 am to 12:40 pm. After pulling the beam, the idol will be consecrated automatically. After this, Maha Aarti of Lord Ram will be done by offering 56 Bhog. The first aarti will be performed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
