Ayodhya: Hotels will not be available in Ayodhya on January 22, all pre-bookings canceled due to inauguration of Shri Ram Temple.

Lucknow: On the occasion of inauguration of Shri Ram Temple, booking of all hotels in Ayodhya has been canceled on 22 January. For this day, the administration has booked all the hotels for the guests coming for the consecration program of Ramlala’s idol. CM Yogi Adityanath has given these instructions during his visit to Ayodhya on Thursday. Earlier, Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Trust trustee Champat Rai had also advised the general public not to come to Ayodhya on 22 and 23 January.

The final phase of construction of Shri Ram temple is going on in Ayodhya. On January 22, the idol of Ramlala will be consecrated in the temple. More than 25 thousand VIPs from India and abroad have been invited to participate in this event. Arrangements for hotels and tent cities are being made for them. Due to this, people who had already booked hotels for January 22, have been instructed to cancel them.

During his visit to Ayodhya on Thursday, CM Yogi said that apart from arranging accommodation for the pilgrims, the Trust should also make arrangements for accommodation of the pilgrims in Dharamshala and hotels etc. at fixed rates. On January 22, only those people will be able to come to Ayodhya, who have invitation letter or are posted on government duty. He said that it has come to notice that some people have booked local hotels and dharamshalas on the day of consecration ceremony on January 22, this should be cancelled. So that there is no problem in administration. Because on that day, special invitees from India will come to Ayodhya and there is a possibility of 100 planes arriving at Ayodhya airport, arrangements for its diversion should also be made.
