Ayodhya: The confluence of cultural genres of Uttar Pradesh and the country will start from today (Makar Sankranti) in Ramnagari. The story of Devaki Nandan Thakur will be there in Ramkatha Park. At places like Ram Ki Paidi, Dharampath, Tulsi Udyan, near Circuit House, Raj Sadan, Saket College etc., the audience will be familiar with the cultural activities related to Faruvahi, Bhajan, Badhawa folk dance, Awadhi folk singing etc. Along with the consecration of Shri Ram Lalla, this event will introduce the new theme of cultural Ayodhya.
The story of famous storyteller Devkinandan Thakur will start from January 15 in Ramkatha Park. The story, which will run till January 23, will take place from 11 am to 2 pm. Ramkatha is being organized continuously in Ayodhya since January 8. In Ramkatha which will last for 70 days, every week different storytellers will narrate Ramkatha. Devotees enjoyed Chinmayanand Bapu’s Ramkatha from 8 to 14 January.
