Ayodhya Airport: Ayodhya Airport gets this international code, flights will start from January 6, schedule released

Ayodhya has got international recognition in the form of air connectivity. The International Air Transport Association (IATA) has released the code for Maharishi Valmiki International Airport, Ayodhya Dham. Flights from here will start from January 6. Two aviation companies have also released the flight schedule. The code is mandatory for the unique identification of any airport. In a way it is also called license. It is issued by the International Air Transport Association, an organization of the airlines group in 150 countries. Its headquarters is located in Canada. The mission of the International Air Transport Association is to provide safe, secure, reliable air services. It solves flying problems. Along with this, it also keeps an eye on flights, fares and other arrangements. IATA has issued AYJ code for Maharishi Valmiki International Airport Ayodhya Dham. With the issuance of this code, the airport joins the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). It is an agency of the United Nations. Its function is to determine the principles and techniques of international flight. Indigo and Air India Express flights will start from five cities of the country from Maharishi Valmiki International Airport. Both the aviation companies have also released the flight schedule.

This is how airport security is being done

Maharishi Valmiki International Airport is being protected with state-of-the-art equipment. The UPSSF squad has been given special training and deployed in Ayodhya. On Monday, local officials took stock of the security at the checking point. Three inspectors, 55 SIs, 22 chief constables and 194 constables of Uttar Pradesh Special Security Force Sixth Corps have been deployed for the security of the airport. For airport security, a five-day induction course, 14-day basic course, five-day on-the-job training and five-day special training related to screeners have been given.
